16oz spaghetti broken

2 medium onions chopped

1 medium sweet pepper chopped

1/2 C butter cubed

6 T flour

2 C 2% Milk

4 C cubed cooked chicken

1 can (10.75oz) condensed cream of mushroom

1 can (10.75oz) condensed cream of chicken

1 C sour cream

1/2 t celery salt

1/2 t pepper

2 C shredded mozzarella cheese

1 C shredded cheddar cheese

Chicken & Cheese noodle bake


  1. Preheat oven to 350. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile in a saucepan sauté the onions and peppers in butter until tender. Stir in the flour until blended; gradually add the milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in the chicken, soups, sour cream, celery salt, an pepper.
  3. Drain spaghetti; add to sauce mixture and toss to coat. Transfer to 2 11″x7″ greased baking dishes. Sprinkle with the cheeses. Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
