Ingredients
1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
1 large onion chopped
1/3 C all purpose flour
1/2 t pepper
2 1/2 C chicken broth
1 can (12oz) evaporated milk
1 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
8 slices american cheese diced
1 1/2 C shreddedlettuce
2 medium tomatoes chopped
6 bacon strips cooked and crumbled
Bacon cheeseburger soup
Directions
- In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef with onion until no longer pink, 6-8 minutes; drain. Stir in flour and pepper; transfer to a 5 qt slow cooker.
- Stir in broth and milk. Cook covered, on low until flavors are blended, 4-5 hours. Stir in cheese until melted. Top servings with remaining ingredients.
