Ingredients
4 C frozen tater tots
1 lb lean ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning
2/3 C water
1/4 C taco sauce
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 C chopped red onion
1/2 C sour cream
chopped tomatoes optional
sliced jalapeno peppers optional
cubed avocados optional

Directions
- Bake tater tots according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat, breaking into crumbles; until no longer pink in color; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in taco sauce.
- To serve, top tater tots with beef mixture, cheese, onion, sour cream, and optional ingredients of your choice. Serve immediately.
