Ingredients

1 lb. Yukon gold potatoes (about 4), each cut into 8 wedges

1/2 cup water

1-1/2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

4 slices Bacon, cooked, crumbled

2 green onions, sliced

Loaded Foil-Pack Steak Fries

Prep Time: 15 Minutes

Total Time: 15  Minutes

Servings: 8

  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Place potatoes in microwaveable bowl. Add water; cover with waxed paper. Microwave on HIGH 5 min.; drain.
  • P Grill 10 min. Cut slits in foil to release steam. Carefully place potatoes on large sheet of heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray; fold to make packet.
