Ingredients

12 Whole chicken wings

1 T Canola oil

2 t Ground coriander

1/2 t Garlic salt

1/4 t Pepper

1/4 C butter cubed

1/2 C Orange Juice

1/3 C Sriracha asian hot chili sauce

3 T honey

2 T Lime juice

1/4 C Chopped cilantro

Grilled Sweet Sriracha Wings

Directions

  1. Place chicken wings in a large bowl. Mix the oil, coriander, garlic salt, and pepper; add to wings and toss to coat. Refrigerate the coated wings, covered, for 2 hours or overnight for best results.
  2. For the sauce, in a small sauce pan melt the butter. Stir in orange juice, chili sauce, honey, and lime juice until blended.
  3. Grill wings, covered for 15-18 minutes over medium heat, or until juices run clear, turning occasionally: brush with some of the sauce during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
  4. Transfer chicken wings to a large bowl; add remaining sauce and toss to coat. Sprinkle with cilantro.
